The Institute for Structural Reforms, in collaboration with the Kolker-Kolker-Epstein Architects Office, has prepared a plan of principles for a strategic outline plan for the development of Israel. Providing a solution to the planning side and the proprietary side of the space on the basis of urban and rural regeneration.
Our plan includes a long-term holistic view of the Western Negev by means of spatial-strategic planning, and implementation through legislative amendments and the granting of property rights to residents in the urban-rural space. Granting property rights and planning rights will provide security and encourage the process of “bringing boys to their limits” at the same time as granting temporary solutions.
